IPU Engineering CET 2011 will be held to offer admission to engineering students in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is one of the most prestigious universities in India. This university was established in the year 1998 by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The university is recognized by University Grants Commission of India under section 12B of UGC Act.
Candidates who wish to appear for the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test for engineering courses need to have attained a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 conducted by CBSE or an equivalent board.
Prospective candidates must have passed in all these subjects individually along with English. Candidates should not be more than 21 years of age while making an application for this test.
The application forms for the entrance tests would be available at certain branches of the Punjab and Sind Bank. The filled up forms should be sent to the following address through speed post or by registered post:

GGSIPU CET 2011 paper will comprise 150 multiple choice questions. 4 marks will be given to each correct attempt and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect attempt.
